ENRIQUE MARTÍNEZ CELAYA (b. 1964 in Havana, Cuba) received his Bachelor of Science from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY, his Master of Science from University of California, Berkeley in Berkeley, CA, and his Master of Fine Arts from the University of California, Santa Barbara in Santa Barbara, CA.
